This is my beloved xr400, i've had her three years and to be honest im gutted to sell her but i also have a Harley and i just cant justify having two bikes for weekend toys. It has talon morad supermoto wheels with gold hubs and sprockets fitted with maxis tyres which are just fantastic when they are warmed up !! The speedo is in kmh so its current reading of 13238 is in KILOMETERS. White acerbics plastics have also been added and the headlight is road legal. I have also added rear pillion foot pegs which are really handy and look quite cool. Engine wise the bike is perfect and i would say the bike is in all round great condition. However the last m.o.t. carried an advisory note saying:Front wheel has slightly distorted bead rim. Rear mono shock pivot worn but not excessive. Rear suspension link bolt non standard fittment. All of which are cheap and minor jobs.
