I am a 26 year old woman currently living with my fiancé and the rest
of my family in Ringwood near Bournemouth. I am looking for a
permanent or temporary pa/carer
I would happily consider a Personal Assistant with no experience
as I feel that it is most important that we have interests in common.
I am a keen swimmer and enjoy any opportunity to get dressed up for a good night out. I also enjoy going to festivals concerts and comedy nights, so require my PA to have a can-do attitude and not be adverse to getting their hands dirty. This job would appeal to anyone with similar interests. It would also provide an opportunity to expand knowledge and experience in the care sector.
Last year I completed a degree in Communication and Media at
Bournemouth University. I am about start working for Solent as a student advocate.
You must be:
FEMALE (Due to the personal care required the post is exempt from the Sex Discrination Act)
21-35 (Please note the age restrictions are due to conditions of insurance)
A fluent English speaker
A driver with a full UK licence
Legally entitled to work in the UK and hold any necessary visas.
Hard working and have a flexible attitude and good sense of humour
Willing to undergo a CRB (criminal record check)
An animal lover - we have a dog
Willing to commit to a minimum of 3 months
No experience necessary
Must be able to cope with interruptions to sleep if assistance is
needed during the night
Additional skills such as beauty/massage therapy/secretarial or art
and design skills are not essential but would be desirable.
Your Duties:
All personal care (feeding and food preparation, washing dressing and toileting)
Assistance will personal organisation and the ability to map read.
Driving and accompaniment to social/work appointments
Domestic maintenance
Assistance at night as required
Other relevant duties as required
The perks
£107 per 24 hrs worked
2 weeks off a month
